Proposal: To move tools.jar into aqa-triage-data

This tools.jar https://github.com/adoptium/TKG/blob/master/scripts/getDependencies.pl#L279 should also move to https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-triage-data/blob/main/AQAvit/

tools.jar may not be required by systemtest.

An issue has been raised here to investigate: adoptium/aqa-systemtest#509

@sophia-guo - I think we should close this issue in favor of 509, especially since the code now retrieves the tools.jar from the jdk8 tarball via the adoptium api. Your thoughts?
