This might be a little heavy-handed for a general case but thought I'd put this out there for users managing just a few relatively static templates that they use |

Rewrites `plan` skill as `create-plan` and removes all lifecycle management skills. Moved to a new `.experimental` bucket for evaluation and to get feedback on use.

Moves the linear skill to the newly-created (anthropics#22) experimental bucket.
