Description
Some of the rviz plugins were moved into autoware_rviz_plugins repository. This PR updates the Dockerfile to copy these rviz plugins packages to visualization container
How was this PR tested?
I have built the image locally and confirmed that autoware_perception_rviz_plugin works in visualization container.
