Shadow Doesn't Work on Grid on Android

Description

Applying Shadow on Grid doesn't take any effect on Android devices. I tried it on physical & emulator with different os versions.

Left: iOS Shadow is working as expected,
Right: Android, not showing shadow

SDK: Android 14 (API Level 34)

Shadow works on Grid, it just seems to be broken when inside a Scrollview. Wrapping the Grid with the shadow with another Grid (or other element) will render the shadow. The shadow issue is not limited to the Grid. I was able to reproduce this with other elements such as Label, StackLayout etc.

Is this intended behavior? I can't find anything about this in the documentation.

Verified this on VS 17.10.0 Preview 2.0(8.0.14). Repro on Android 14.0-API34, not repro on Windows 11, iOS 17.2 and MacCatalyst with below Project:
