Description

The data template selector cannot display the correct string.

Note:
This problem only happens on Windows.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
2.Click I5-->Data template selector.
3.Enter Xamarin.
4.Enter a character other than Xamarin.

Actual result:
(1)When you enter 'Xamarin', you will get the following result.

(2)When you enter 'abc', you will get 'abc' too.

Expected result:
(1)When you enter 'Xamarin', you should get 'No items to display'.

(2)When you enter 'abc', you should get 'No results matched your filter'.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression, the issue also reproduces on 8.0.61& 8.0.3.
