[TabbedPage] PopToRootAsync displaying wrong page

Description

The PopToRootAsync navigation does not display the root page but the last subpage after many navigations between tab page elements.

I don't have any logs, any exceptions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone the repo
2. Launch the application
3. Go to the last section of the tab
4. Click on the button to navigate to the sub-page
5. Then quickly return to the last item by going through the second, third and fourth tabs

This issue has been verified in VS code (1.99.2) (versions 9.0.60, 9.0.0, 8.0.100). It can be reproduced on Android platform.

Hi!

I have some news: I found a workaround for my issue.

My code did :

    protected override void OnAppearing()
    {
        base.OnAppearing();
        Navigation.PopToRootAsync();
    }

The workaround is :

    protected override void OnAppearing()
    {
        base.OnAppearing();
        Dispatcher.DispatchAsync(Navigation.PopToRootAsync);
    }

I don't understand the link between the bug and running the PopToRootAsync function in Dispatcher, but it works!

Could you please let me know if anyone can tell me whether the bug is caused by bad practice, and whether using the PopToRootAsync function in OnAppearing with the Dispatcher is good practice?

I updated the repository, and the workaround is now available on the branch fix/workaround.

I hope this helps someone.
