Extend tutorials to use custom updates for resetting

Both MNIST inference and mushroom body tutorials could be extended to use custom updates for resetting. This would be a nice example of the feature and speed them up slightly

Great! You should be able to do all of this in Google Colab if you wish so a nice easy workflow. I forgot that I had already done this for the MNIST inference tutorial so, all you need to do is apply the same approach to the Mushroom body tutorials (https://genn-team.github.io/genn/documentation/5/tutorials/index.html). Basically replace the Python reset_out_post and reset_neuron functions with GeNN custom updates like the ones used in https://colab.research.google.com/github/genn-team/genn/blob/master/docs/tutorials/mnist_inference/tutorial_3.ipynb. The important bits of documentation you might need to refer to are:

• Variable references
• Custom updates
• Custom update models

@neworderofjamie, i have created new colab file in (docs/tutorials/mushroom_body) in mashroom body folder. is it Ok or I have to made it in (docs/tutorials/mnist_inference) and named that file tutorial_4.

@saadkhi, the MNIST inference tutorials already use this functionality so all that is required is an extra mushroom body tutorial that replaces the python functionality in https://colab.research.google.com/github/genn-team/genn/blob/master/docs/tutorials/mushroom_body/5_testing.ipynb with custom updates
