{{comfort}} sign doesn't show anything except Comfort (the word, no value)

Bug summary

No error message, just when I type in {{comfort}} all that happens is the sign changes to "Comfort" (no quoes, but including the cap C). No value is shown.

Steps to reproduce

Follow docs to put {{comfort}} in a sign, and only "Comfort" appears instead.

Expected result / actual result

Should show a comfort value.

OK, the Comfort sign has changed. See attached image.

Im not an expert in .cs, but by the looks of the code the hover text got the showing texts logic and vice-verca.
Hover text and the sign text just needs to be switched around, I created an MR for a potential fix.
