Hi @TearsCBC, could you confirm what other mods you have installed?

My bad. I should have known better. The mod at fault is ComfySigns, not yours. When I disable that, yours works just great. Sorry, I should have done more testing first.

I would be happy to investigate adding support for that mod. Let me create a new issue for that

Maybe I spoke too soon? When I disabled that mod, the sign started to work. Then, maybe the next in-game day, it broke again. So, maybe not 100% related to that other mod.
