Add CHANGELOG and GitHub tag links to release series pages

What would you like to be added

Add links to the CHANGELOG and GitHub tag for each release series page generated by the content adapter introduced in #54041.

Why is this needed

The release series pages currently show basic version information such as release dates and lifecycle status, but do not link to the corresponding CHANGELOG or GitHub tag. These are essential references for users who want to check what changed in a given release.
