To allow more customization of the Row Reordering feature, it would be helpful to have the GridRowReorderCell exported.

I'm getting "expired license key" when running these tests. Is there something I need to do to update license key?

@romgrk - I needed to run the proptypes script, and now everything is passing. It seems auto-merge got disabled when I did that. I'd appreciate a merge on this, thanks!
