Summary

This PR adds new recovery allowlist entries for two issues:
This pull request updates the recovery allowlist in x/migration/recovery/recovery_allowlist.go to include additional addresses for recovery, based on recent issues. The main change is the addition of several new addresses associated with two GitHub issues.

Recovery allowlist updates:

  • Added six new addresses to knownRecoveryRequestedAllowlist for issue #1718, allowing recovery for those accounts.
  • Added one new address to knownRecoveryRequestedAllowlist for issue #1719, enabling recovery for that account.
