visual bug: grid settings in the editor sometimes flicker in the new tachyon release

Hello, here is a small bug that I found today.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open editor
2. Press button to the right of the grid settings to "disable" settings
3. Move the cursor down to transform settings, then slowly move up to grid settings
4. The grid settings will now get closed/opened repeatedly multiple times per second without presssing anything

I was able to reproduce it only on the 2025.1121.0-tachyon, it seems to work fine on 2025.1029.1-lazer.
Looks like it is related to #35742 (which is a cool PR by the way, especially if reset to default button/double click will be added later)

This is a minor issue, it is relatively unlikely to happen for the average user, but I accidentally discovered it and still wanted to report it just in case.
