Dashboard needs update for changes in APIs of Delfin maskingview and relations

Issue/Feature Description:

Delfin APIs needs to update for Hostmapping feature when new drivers are added.

Following are the details of model update.

1. Remove native_port_id from MaskingView model
2. Add type to StorageHostInitiator model

• OpenAPI Spec changes: Update API Spec for host mapping model changes delfin#815
• Delfin PRs:
  • Modify driver api list_*_groups() to return relations delfin#793
  • add initiator type and host os_type delfin#804
  • add initiator type delfin#809
