Updates to use new styletron dependency versions with improved typescript types
StyletronComponentnow having two type parameters to support$aspropertymap-marker(to avoid direct import from sources)bannerandbadgecomponents typescript definitions files to declare constant objects "correctly", and other fixes to make babel parser happy with itScope
